This is a mid-level, full-time role based in Dubai, where you will take ownership of production-grade autonomous systems capable of executing multi-step workflows, interacting with various APIs, and maintaining contextual memory to deliver unprecedented campaign efficiency and personalization.What You'll BuildYou will be a core architect and builder of autonomous AI agents operating across our marketing platforms, internal tools, and customer touchpoints.This IncludesDesigning and deploying end-to-end Agentic AI architectures for hyper-personalized marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital advertising platforms. Building and optimizing intelligent automation workflows for dynamic content generation, audience segmentation, and real-time bid optimization using advanced LLM API integrations and frameworks like LangGraph. Developing and scaling robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems powered by vector databases to ensure our AI agents access and leverage real-time marketing intelligence. Implementing and refining our Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure AI agents maintain coherent context, state management, and robust performance across prolonged multi-step interactions. Structuring and executing asynchronous data pipelines and RESTful APIs to connect AI agents seamlessly with our e-commerce platforms, internal services, and third-party tools. Your First 90 DaysWe believe in rapid impact, ownership, and clear expectations. Here's what your initial journey will look like:First 30 Days: You'll immerse yourself in our existing marketing tech stack, AI infrastructure, and data pipelines. Set up your development environment, gain hands-on familiarity with our MCP implementation, and take ownership of enhancing a key component within an existing agentic workflow. First 60 Days: You will identify a high-impact internal or channel-specific marketing workflow and design the architecture for a new agentic system, utilizing LangGraph for orchestration and integrating it with our vector databases. First 90 Days: You will have successfully deployed your first production-grade, end-to-end AI agent workflow, demonstrating clear value by reducing manual effort or directly improving campaign performance. You will present performance metrics to leadership and outline the roadmap for its scaling. What We're Looking ForProfessional Experience: 3–5 years of proven, hands-on experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI systems development, with a specific track record of shipping agentic components to production. Agentic AI Architecture: Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and deploying multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows, specifically applied to marketing or customer engagement channels. Python Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, utilized for building robust, scalable AI agent endpoints, handling asynchronous execution, and developing efficient data processing pipelines. SQL & Data Engineering: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to inform agent behavior, optimize database queries, and evaluate campaign performance metrics. API Development & Integration: Proven ability to build and consume high-performance RESTful APIs (ideally using FastAPI) to link LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) with external platforms and CRMs. AI Frameworks: Deep practical experience with Agentic AI orchestration frameworks, particularly LangGraph (or similar advanced tooling like CrewAI and AutoGen) to manage complex agent interactions. Model Context Protocol (MCP): Direct experience working with or implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks for state management and seamless agent communication. Vector Databases & RAG: Practical expertise utilizing vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB) to implement and optimize RAG systems for grounding agents with real-time data. System Design & LLM Engineering: Solid understanding of system design principles (fault tolerance, retries, failure recovery) along with advanced prompt engineering techniques (chain-of-thought, self-correction) to maximize agent reliability. Nice-to-HaveHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SageMaker) for deploying and monitoring AI workloads. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps practices. Exposure to real-time data streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) for building event-driven agent architectures. Understanding of performance marketing operations, Google Ads, or e-commerce automation frameworks.
