You will be responsible for defining transformation vision, driving adoption of AI, automation, cloud, and data-led platforms, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Define and execute enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy aligned to business goalsLead large-scale initiatives across Agentic AI, intelligent automation, cloud, and analyticsPartner with CXOs and business leaders to identify high-impact transformation opportunitiesDrive adoption of digital platforms, agile delivery models, and modern operating frameworksOversee digital architecture, data strategy, security, and transformation governanceOwn transformation KPIs, ROI measurement, and value realization frameworksLead enterprise change management to ensure adoption and sustainable outcomesCollaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teamsSkills and Qualifications:10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise automation, or technology-led changeStrong expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and operating model transformationHands-on understanding of AI/ML use cases, automation platforms, Agentic AI, and cloud ecosystemsProven experience delivering large, multi-stakeholder transformation programsStrong CXO-level communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skillsDeep familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and product-led delivery approachesAbility to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutionsStrategic mindset with strong execution and leadership capabilities Show more Show less
