Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Data, Analytics, and AI to lead and manage strategic client engagements. The role will focus on driving successful delivery, building strong client relationships, and enabling business outcomes through data-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end client engagements across Data, Analytics, and AI initiativesAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring strong relationship managementDrive program governance, delivery excellence, and timely execution of projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, and Digital) to deliver integrated solutionsIdentify opportunities for growth, upsell, and cross-sell within the accountTranslate business requirements into data and analytics solutions aligned with client objectivesEnsure quality, risk management, and adherence to delivery timelines and budgetsSupport pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, and client presentationsDrive adoption of best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets across engagementsˇRequired Skills & Experience10–15 years of overall experience, with a strong focus on Data, Analytics, and AI engagementsProven experience managing large-scale client engagements, preferably in the BFSI domainStrong understanding of Data Engineering, BI/Visualization, and AI/ML conceptsExperience in stakeholder management at senior leadership levelsDemonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage teams, and ensure client satisfactionFamiliarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure/AWS/GCP)Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with banking or financial services clients (preferably in the Middle East)Exposure to AI/GenAI-led solutions and analytics product developmentPrior experience in consulting or client-facing roles in analytics organizationsKey Success MetricsClient satisfaction and relationship strengthSuccessful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budgetRevenue growth within the account (upsell/cross-sell)Adoption of data-driven solutions and measurable business outcomes Show more Show less
