Position SummaryThe AI Technical Associate will support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of artificial intelligence systems and data-driven solutions. This role serves as a bridge between data science, engineering, and business operations, ensuring AI models and tools are implemented efficiently and aligned with organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning and AI models.Collect, preprocess, clean, and label data for model training and evaluation.Monitor AI system performance and conduct model validation and optimization.Support integration of AI solutions into existing business applications and workflows.Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams on AI initiatives.Document technical processes, model behavior, and system configurations.Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate insights for stakeholders.Assist in troubleshooting AI model issues and improving system reliability.Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI concepts.Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.Experience working with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning projects.Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (e.g., Git).Key CompetenciesAnalytical and technical aptitudeAttention to detailCollaborative mindsetContinuous learning orientationStrong organizational and documentation skillsCareer Growth OpportunitiesThis role offers exposure to advanced AI projects and provides a clear pathway to roles such as AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or AI Solutions Architect.
