You will also play a key role in introducing and scaling AI and advanced analytics capabilities across the business.What You’ll Be Doing ✅Define and lead the data analytics, BI, and AI strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.Build and scale dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data models across marketing, product, and operations.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making at all levels.Partner with marketing, product, finance, and leadership to embed data-driven and AI-assisted decision-making.Own and evolve KPI frameworks, business performance tracking, and executive reporting.Lead performance marketing analytics, attribution, and customer lifecycle insights.Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML models for personalization, forecasting, segmentation, and automation.Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, predictive analytics) to unlock growth.Establish data governance, quality standards, and scalable analytics best practices.Lead and mentor a team of analysts, while remaining deeply hands-on with tools and execution.Work closely with engineering and data teams to enhance data infrastructure and enable advanced analytics use cases.Skills & Qualifications 🧩10–12 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles.Proven experience leading analytics in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer tech environments.Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Experience with AI/ML applications in business contexts (e.g., segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, automation).Strong understanding of performance marketing analytics, attribution models, and customer lifecycle metrics.Ability to translate complex data into business impact and influence senior stakeholders.Experience managing teams while staying close to execution.Builder mindset with a balance of strategy, ownership, and hands-on delivery.The Process ➡️ 1️⃣ Initial screening with Global Head of HR 2️⃣ Interview with Head of Strategy / Growth 3️⃣ Technical + analytics / AI case study 4️⃣ Interview with Senior Leadership 5️⃣ Final interview with CEO ⏱️ Process typically concludes within 4–6 weeksWhy Join Idealz ⁉️At Idealz Holding, data is a core growth driver — and AI is the next frontier.
