Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to AI-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the implementation of AI/ML-based applications and automation solutions.The candidate should have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working on AI-enabled products, data-driven decision-making, automation, predictive analytics, or Generative AI initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Understand business challenges and identify opportunities where AI/ML solutions can improve operational efficiency and decision-making.Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for AI initiatives.Participate in requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.Support implementation of AI-based applications such as chatbots, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, automation tools, and Generative AI solutions.Define KPIs, reporting metrics, and success criteria for AI projects.Assist in UAT planning, test case preparation, and validation of delivered solutions.Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business expectations.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.Stay updated with latest trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and business process automation.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Hands-on experience working on AI/ML or data-driven projects.Strong understanding of AI concepts, Machine Learning lifecycle, Generative AI, NLP, or automation solutions.Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations is preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Banking, Fintech, Healthcare, Retail, or Digital Transformation projects.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Certification in Business Analysis, Agile, or AI-related technologies is an added advantage.Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is preferred.Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.MBA or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
