Job Title: Principal AI Architect (1 Position)About the JobWe are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions across our products, platforms, and internal operations. The successful candidate will define technical strategy, shape architecture decisions, and guide the development of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with product, engineering, data science, and business teams to translate complex business needs into practical AI solutions with measurable impact.ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and technical direction for AI initiatives across the organization.Identify, evaluate, and shape high-value AI use cases that align with business and product strategy.Produce clear solution designs, architecture documents, technical recommendations, and implementation roadmaps that communicate complex topics effectively.Develop project timelines, technical briefs, and coordinate delivery with engineering, product, and data teams.Manage technical priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional relationships across multiple AI initiatives.Design and support experimentation, validation, and evaluation frameworks to assess model performance, scalability, cost, and reliability.Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and operations teams to ensure technical accuracy and end-to-end delivery.Oversee documentation, architecture standards, and knowledge sharing for AI solutions and prototypes.Support adoption and scale-up by preparing technical summaries, solution proposals, and implementation guidance.Monitor technical outcomes, user feedback, and business impact; refine approaches to improve effectiveness, usability, and performance.QualificationsMinimum BS/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PhD or equivalent research experience preferred.At least 8-10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, software engineering, or solution architecture roles.Demonstrable experience designing, prototyping, and delivering AI solutions in real-world environments.Strong research, coding, and analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear and practical technical materials.Project management experience: budgets, timelines, technical coordination, and delivery logistics.Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building cross-functional collaborations between technical and business teams.Experience working with product teams and translating business needs into robust technical solutions.Commitment to scalable, reliable, secure, and ethical AI development and deployment.Portfolio or track record of AI projects, architecture work, prototypes, or case studies (links or PDF).Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.What We OfferThe opportunity to shape high-visibility AI initiatives with real business impact.A collaborative team of designers, engineers, product leaders, and researchers.Competitive compensation and project-related resources (compute, research, and experimentation budget).Support for travel and research visits to partner teams and institutions.Professional development and publication opportunities.How to ApplyPlease submit the following to farhang@parsikia.ir with subject line "Principal AI Architect":1.
