This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with new technologies, solving complex problems, and building intelligent systems that shape the future of automotive retail.Job Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business analysts during the requirement definition stage to make sure the business requirements can be implemented in our platformWork day-to-day in a multi-functional team to build and extend machine learning libraries and frameworks to be used in scalable customer facing web applicationsCollaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers, and analystsDeliver testable, maintainable, and high-quality codeMonitor, test, and continuously optimize our Machine Learning modelsEnsure that our user experience is the very best it can beShare knowledge, promote best practices, and collaborate with some of the best Machine Learning engineers in the companyCollaborate with key internal stakeholdersEmploy impeccable analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges in the Machine Learning and AI domainsRegularly update knowledge with the latest trends and developments in the machine learning industryWork effectively with minimal supervision and a proven ability to align data infrastructure with business goalsRequirementsWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE PARTY (MUST HAVES)Minimum 2 years work experience. Proven experience with Large Language Models, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databasesExperience with open source LLMs and relevant hardware to host themProficiency with OpenAI API, LangChain ecosystem, and prompt engineering is essentialSkilled in API integration with various providers and enhancing customer experienceDeep familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architectureProficiency in Python and SQL.
