JOB TITLE: AI ArchitectLOCATION: Dubai, UAE (On-site / Hybrid)TYPE: Full-TimeSALARY: AED 25,000 - 35,000/month (DOE) + Performance BonusAbout The RoleWe are looking for a high-calibre AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven systems and solutions across our business. This is a senior, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into scalable AI architecture, building intelligent automation systems, and driving our AI roadmap from concept to production.Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end AI architecture including machine learning pipelines, LLM integrations, and agentic AI systems Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI platforms, models, and tools Build and integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure and business workflows Develop frameworks for AI governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement Collaborate with operations, product, and leadership teams to identify AI opportunities and prioritise delivery Research emerging AI technologies and provide strategic recommendations Ensure all AI systems comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards Document architecture decisions, system designs, and technical specificationsRequirements 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, solutions architecture, or a related senior technical role Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems Strong proficiency in Python, and familiarity with major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.) Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI frameworks Cloud architecture experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with API integration, microservices, and scalable system design Strong commercial awareness — you understand how AI translates to business value Excellent communication skills — ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholdersNICE TO HAVE Experience in property, construction, or facilities management sectors Familiarity with AI automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier AI, etc.) UAE residency or existing Dubai visa Arabic language skills (not essential)What We Offer Competitive tax-free salary: AED 25,000 - 35,000/month Performance-based bonus High-autonomy role with direct access to senior leadership Fast-moving, execution-focused environment Opportunity to build and own the AI function from the ground up Show more Show less
