Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven SaaS products and customer applicationsDefine and execute the product roadmap aligned with business and AI strategyTranslate customer and business needs into AI-powered product featuresCollaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and data science teamsLead PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteriaDrive AI feature design, ensuring scalability, performance, and usabilityMake trade-offs between model accuracy, latency, cost, and user experienceSupport architecture and design discussions for AI-enabled systemsEnsure seamless integration of AI models into SaaS platforms and customer applicationsMonitor post-release performance, adoption, and AI model behaviorEnsure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standardsRequirements4–8 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product rolesHands-on experience in software development, solution/system architecture, or product/UX designProven experience working on SaaS products or customer-facing applicationsStrong understanding of scalable SaaS architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systemsGood understanding of AI / ML concepts, GenAI fundamentals, LLMs, and AI APIsExperience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and writing detailed PRDsAbility to work closely with engineering teams and challenge technical decisions constructivelyFamiliarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP environmentsExposure to RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM orchestration is an advantageStrong problem-solving mindset with customer-centric thinking
