This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership of greenfield projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of technology within the industry.💻 What you'll be doing.Design and build AI-powered agents and automation workflows using modern LLM frameworks.Develop production-grade software around AI systems, integrating with internal platforms and third-party APIs while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.Own the performance and quality of AI workflows through prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability.Partner with product and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver impactful features, and help shape the long-term AI architecture.🧠 What you'll bring4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong Python development skills.
