Role: AI Engineering Lead (Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)Payout: $160k - $300k /yrRole Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Member of Technical Staff (AI Engineering) to work on a full-time basis. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI recruiting technology by designing, building, and scaling next-generation systems that redefine how companies identify and engage talent. With a focus on AI engineering, this role will collaborate across disciplines to deliver cutting-edge solutions at the center of the AI revolution. Our client is a leading platform that connects domain experts to the development of frontier AI models, leveraging real-world expertise to improve AI performance across various domains.Key Responsibilities:• Architect and develop systems, designing, building, and deploying scalable AI models and infrastructure leveraging Python and AWS.• Advance multimodal AI, developing and integrating advanced large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems (text, audio, video, and visual inputs) into core platforms.• Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with product, research, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.• Contribute directly to how AI systems learn, reason, and perform across domains like finance, healthcare, engineering, and more.• Work hands-on with the client's pioneering AI recruiter model, Zara, to design and build next-generation systems that are redefining how companies identify and engage talent.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable AI models and infrastructure using Python and AWS.• Expertise in developing and integrating advanced LLMs and multimodal systems (text, audio, video, and visual inputs) into core platforms.• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.• Experience working with large language models and multimodal AI systems, with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.More About the Opportunity:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in the AI engineering industry, contributing to the development of frontier AI models and influencing the future of AI recruiting technology.
