About The RoleAnalyze complex datasets, develop machine learning models, conduct experimentation, and generate actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making and business innovation.Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, analyze, and prepare structured and unstructured datasets. Design, develop, and evaluate predictive and machine learning models. Conduct data analysis and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve model performance. Generate actionable business insights through statistical analysis and data modelling. Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports. Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling. Experience with data visualization tools and communicating analytical findings. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop). Experience with cloud-based analytics or machine learning platforms.
