Only UAE based candidates can apply.Position OverviewWe are hiring a QA Automation Engineer – GenAI with 7+ years of experience. This role demands a strong foundation in automation testing and a passion for quality across cloud-native, AI/ML, and GenAI platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute detailed test strategies, test plans, and test casesConduct functional, integration, performance, and security testingBuild and maintain automation frameworks using Pytest, Selenium, or similar toolsPerform thorough API testing using Postman or comparable toolsCollaborate with DevOps to integrate test automation in CI/CD pipelinesValidate AI/ML and GenAI solutions by:Testing model accuracy, fairness, and performanceDetecting bias and validating robustnessEnsuring input/output data qualityManage and track defects using tools such as JIRAProvide mentorship to junior QA engineers and promote quality best practicesRequired Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience in QA and automation engineeringProficiency with automation tools (e.g., Pytest, Selenium)Strong skills in API testingKnowledge of CI/CD integrationSolid understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycleExperience with functional and non-functional testingExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsPreferred SkillsExperience testing AI/ML and GenAI systems, including:Model validation and bias detectionFeature/data pipeline testingRobustness and performance evaluationFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
