Would you like to develop your skills and refine your craft in a pioneering technology company, where you'll join a highly collaborative, growing team and support their cutting-edge core platform?Job Description:We are seeking a highly capable AI-Enabled SDLC Specialist / Software Development Acceleration Lead to help accelerate software delivery by embedding AI-assisted practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role will focus on improving how teams plan, design, build, test, review, document, and release software using GitHub Copilot and related AI-enabled engineering practices.Responsibilities:Assess current software delivery practices and identify where AI can improve speed, quality, consistency, automation, and developer productivity.Design AI-assisted workflows across requirements analysis, solution design, coding, test generation, code review, refactoring, documentation, release notes, and maintenance.Define practical GitHub Copilot usage patterns, prompt examples, reusable templates, review checklists, and team playbooks.Train and coach developers, QA engineers, analysts, technical leads, and product teams on effective and responsible AI usage.Improve SDLC practices across backlog refinement, technical design, code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, peer review, and release readiness.Collaborate with architecture, security, DevOps, and engineering leadership to align AI-assisted development with internal standards.Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure adoption, productivity gains, code quality, cycle time, test coverage, and developer satisfaction.Required Skills & Experience:Strong understanding of the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, code review, and secure development practices.Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants in real software delivery environments.Ability to translate AI capabilities into concrete engineering workflows, standards, and measurable productivity improvements.Experience working with software teams in engineering excellence, technical leadership, QA automation, DevOps, architecture, or process improvement roles.Strong understanding of code quality, maintainability, testing strategy, secure coding, and software delivery governance.Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and change management skills.Preferred Experience:Experience implementing AI adoption programs or developer productivity initiatives across engineering teams.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, pipelines, pull request workflows, repository governance, and engineering metrics.Background as a software engineer, technical lead, solution architect, QA automation lead, DevOps engineer, or engineering excellence specialist.Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, intellectual property, software security, and enterprise AI governance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Relevant experience in SDLC optimization, software engineering enablement, AI-assisted development, or DevOps transformation will be highly valued.Benefits:100% Medical Insurance premium for Employee will be paid by Synechron.Medical Insurance Premium for the dependents on residence visa will be paid on 50% - 50% copay policy of Synechron.Employment visa and residence visa cost will be paid by Synechron for employees and his/her dependents.Initial entry ticket will be paid by Synechron for employee and his/her dependents (for movements from outside UAE).22 working days of Annual leaves and 15 Sick leaves will be given to an employee as per UAE.Awards:2022: Voted in Top 25 Best Companies to Work for (Business Intelligence Group)2021: Winners of Gold Globee Award Honoring Employer Excellence for Career Growth, Development & Training (2021 Business Excellence Awards)2021: Synechron Recognized Silver Level Awards for COVID-19 Support Strategy2020: Winners of Team of the Year' Award (US FinTech Awards 2021)2020: Synechron FinLabs Wins Gold Stevie Award (2020 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards)We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
