AI Engineer - DubaiDiscover the Opportunity:We're partnering with an innovative technology organisation that is investing heavily in AI to build next-generation software solutions for enterprise customers.As the business continues to expand its AI capability, they're looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.This is a highly hands-on engineering role where you'll take ownership of AI features throughout the full software development lifecycle, working alongside product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and commercially impactful solutions.Discover the Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications using modern machine learning and Generative AI technologiesBuild scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks to solve real-world business challengesCollaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready solutionsDrive technical decision-making, optimise AI systems based on production performance, and promote engineering best practices across the teamDiscover the Requirements:7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant hands-on experience delivering AI solutions into productionProven track record of building AI-powered products that have been successfully launched and are actively used by customers in live environmentsStrong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain or similarExperience building scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed applications using modern software engineering practicesStrong understanding of cloud platforms, containerisation, CI/CD, MLOps, and deploying AI applications at scaleExperience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processingExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholdersA proactive, product-focused mindset with experience working in fast-paced engineering environments and a passion for building AI solutions that deliver real commercial impact
