Full-Stack Platform Developer / AI Automation Developer

Fincure is building transaction-backed working capital infrastructure for UAE SMEs. We are looking for a strong platform developer who can help us improve our existing fintech platform, strengthen our loan/facility management system, and build our credit engine / risk engine.This is not a basic website role.The person will work on:Client onboarding workflowsKYB/KYC and document upload modulesSupplier payment and receivables financing modulesLoan / facility management systemRepayment schedules and collection trackingInternal admin and portfolio dashboardsAI-based document extraction from invoices, bank statements, GRNs and trade documentsBank statement analysisCredit scoring and risk automationAPI integrations with e-signature, direct debit, accounting, payment and banking toolsIdeal profile:Strong full-stack development experienceGood backend and database architecture understandingExperience with dashboards, workflow systems and APIsPractical knowledge of AI automation, OCR, document parsing or LLM workflowsFintech, lending, payments, ERP or accounting platform experience is a strong advantageAbility to work independently in a fast-moving startup environmentThis is a hands-on builder role with high ownership and direct exposure to the Founder and business team.
