N8N Automation EngineerExp: 6+ YearsLocation: DubaiRole : FTEKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :• Design, build, and maintain production n8n workflows covering HR lifecycle processes: eligibility validation, multi-step approval routing, SLA monitoring, document handling, notification triggers, and exception management.• Build and tune the LLM/RAG AI conversational agent — including prompt engineering, knowledge base ingestion and retrieval, intent detection, context retention, Arabic/English bilingual support, and hallucination prevention.• Build and maintain the centralized business rule validation engine enforcing CLIENT HR policies, eligibility criteria, and governance controls before any lifecycle transaction executes.• Integrate the n8n orchestration layer with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, NestJS backend services, and external government verification platforms.• Implement AI governance controls: prompt template versioning, model lifecycle tracking, accuracy validation test suites, user feedback loop processing, and full audit trail compliance.• Build automated test suites for all workflow scenarios and AI agent responses, validating against CLIENT-defined acceptance criteria.• Support the HR AI Agent 2.0 track with workflow enhancements and AI pipeline contributions on a part-time basis as directed by CLIENT.• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, fortnightly sprint reviews, and monthly progress reporting.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTSMust-Have :• n8n — production workflow design and deployment, complex conditional flows• LangChain — RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, retrieval tuning• LLM integration — Azure OpenAI / GPT-4o or equivalent• REST API integration — enterprise multi-system orchestration• Arabic + English bilingual AI interaction support• AI governance — hallucination prevention, explainability, model versioningNice to Have :• Oracle EBS HRMS / API familiarity• UAE federal government or HR systems experience• LangSmith or Langfuse for LLM observability• Node.js / NestJS familiarity for backend integration work• pgvector or vector database experience• Redis for session and caching layersTECHNOLOGY STACK :n8n, LangChain, Azure OpenAI / GPT-4o pgvectorLang Smith, Node.js, NestJS, REST / SOAP APIs,Oracle EBS HRMS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker,
