Business Support Specialist (With strong IT, Coding & AI skills)We are seeking a proactive and technology-driven Business Support Specialist with strong Coding and AI knowledge to support business operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, reporting, and workflow management.Develop scripts, applications, and data solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, VBA, or similar technologies.Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support management decisions.Analyze business data, Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.Support system integrations, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology-driven solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Strong coding skills (Python, SQL, VBA, APIs, or similar).Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and data analytics.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Should be available in the United Arab Emirates
