This role isn't primarily about writing code. It's about designing agents thatgenuinely collaborate with each other, making users feel remembered across channels andsessions, and having the product and client judgment to know how a system should actuallyship.Core Responsibilities Design multi-agent collaboration architectures spanning more than one paradigm — not just a supervisor calling sub-agents, but able to reason through peer-to-peer coordination, shared memory, and arbitration between agents when their outputs conflictDesign cross-session, cross-channel memory (WhatsApp / Telegram / Web / Voice, etc.) so users feel continuity no matter where or when they returnDefine MVP scope and value metrics for agent capabilities from a product standpoint, rather than passively executing requirementsEstablish pre-launch testing baselines: golden datasets, evaluation, regression, and go/no-go criteria for every agent capability before it shipsJoin client meetings independently — gather requirements, explain solutions, and run demosTranslate real business scenarios (customer support, operations, audit, compliance, documentation) into runnable agent workflowsRequirements Must-have Hands-on experience designing multi-agent systems, able to articulate more than one collaboration paradigm and when each appliesExperience shipping consumer-facing or multi-channel products (super-apps, multi-channel support, etc.), with product/UX judgment to back design trade-offsFluent daily use of AI-native tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Codex/Cursor, meeting and documentation agents — as part of your actual workflow, not just familiarityA test-first engineering habit: proactively builds evaluation/regression harnesses rather than shipping once it "seems to work"Comfortable facing clients directly — requirements gathering, solution walkthroughs, live demosNice-to-have: Agent deployment experience in fintech, banking, or compliance-heavy environmentsConcrete experience with cross-session memory architecture and cross-channel state synchronizationActive tracking of new models, frameworks, voice technologies, and emerging agent patterns
