This is a leadership-focused role responsible for shaping AI strategy, managing delivery across multiple projects, and ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities:FunctionalLead, coach, and develop AI engineering teams, driving performance and capability buildingDefine and execute AI strategy and portfolio prioritization aligned to business objectivesOversee delivery of multiple AI initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality, and risk controlManage delivery risks related to data readiness, model performance, integration, and infrastructureCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI products and solutionsEngage with stakeholders and clients, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes effectivelyEnsure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, and securityComply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessmentsRequirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or related technology domainsProven experience managing engineering or AI teamsStrong experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production environmentsSolid understanding of AI/Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI systemsExperience defining AI strategy, roadmap, and prioritizing multiple initiativesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in complex, enterprise or client-facing environmentsIdeally, you’ll also needExperience managing multiple AI projects or programs simultaneouslyExposure to enterprise AI platforms, AI transformation, or large-scale implementationsStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business valueWhat we look for:If you are a performance-driven leader with the ability to balance strategy, delivery, and team development, you will fit right in.
