About Valida Global LLC FZ Valida Global LLC FZ builds “HQ operating systems” — the AI-powered operational and back-office layer that companies plug into to run their business. Think agents that handle real workflows, retrieval over messy internal data, and integrations that connect a client’s tools into one system that actually takes action, not just chats. We build on Claude (Anthropic) and the Anthropic API, and we ship to real clients. We’re based in Dubai’s Meydan Free Zone, we employ our engineers directly, and we sponsor full UAE employment visas.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (required — needed for UAE employment visa processing at this level). • Solid Python or TypeScript fundamentals — you can write clean, working code beyond coursework. • Genuine hands-on experience with an LLM API (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google) — a university project, hackathon build, or side project counts if it’s real and you can walk us through it. • Understanding of core LLM application concepts: prompting, tool use / function calling, RAG basics. • Curiosity and drive — you learn fast, ask good questions, and finish what you start.

Good-to-Have

Nice-to-haves • Anything shipped with agents, MCP, or the Claude API specifically. • Exposure to vector databases or embeddings. • A GitHub with real projects, hackathon wins, or writing about LLM work. • Internship or up to ~2–3 years of software experience. Fresh graduates with strong projects are encouraged to apply.
