Director of Artificial IntelligenceDubai - Open to local or international talentWe're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation investing heavily in Generative AI and building a new AI function to drive transformation across the business.This isn't an AI strategy or innovation role.We're looking for someone who has identified AI use cases, built the business case, and taken enterprise GenAI solutions from POC through to production, delivering measurable business value.What You'll Be DoingPartner with senior business leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunitiesOwn the AI lifecycle from Business Problem → POC → Production → ROIWork alongside AI Engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutionsDrive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomesWhat We're Looking For✔ Enterprise GenAI delivery experience✔ Production LLM applications✔ RAG & Agentic AI✔ AI architecture and orchestration✔ Strong executive stakeholder management✔ Proven examples of AI solutions delivering real business impactExperience required:Proven experience delivering enterprise Generative AI solutions from concept through to production deployment.Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI orchestration frameworks, and modern AI architectures.Demonstrable experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver measurable business value.Ability to articulate AI architecture, model selection, evaluation, governance, and production deployment of enterprise AI solutions.Experience within large enterprise environments, ideally across Logistics, Aviation, Retail, Real Estate, or Energy.This Role Is For You If...You can confidently explain why GenAI was the right solution, the architecture behind it, how it was deployed into production, and the commercial value it delivered.
