The company is dedicated to helping organizations elevate their well-being approach where employee health contributes directly to organizational success.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital health and wellbeing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully built and scaled HealthTech or WellnessTech products, understands user-centric product development, and has hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into digital platforms.You will work closely with engineering, design, clinical, data, and commercial teams to deliver impactful products that improve health outcomes and user engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through launch and continuous optimization.Define product vision, strategy, and priorities using customer insights, analytics, and market research.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, AI, Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Success.Drive AI-powered product initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI, machine learning, automation, predictive analytics, and personalization.Translate AI capabilities into valuable user experiences while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.Work closely with AI and engineering teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and measure outcomes.Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics, continuously improving engagement, retention, and business metrics.Stay ahead of HealthTech, WellnessTech, AI, and digital healthcare trends to identify new product opportunities.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product strategy across the organization.RequirementsEssentialHands-on mindset with a strong bias for action—comfortable rolling up your sleeves and taking ownership to drive outcomes, rather than relying solely on coordination or delegationPrevious startup or high-growth scale-up experience is essential, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift quickly and execution speed is critical.7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Product Manager role.Proven experience working within HealthTech, Digital Health, WellnessTech, Healthcare SaaS, InsurTech Health, or Digital Therapeutics.Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled products or implementing AI features into existing platforms.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, and product analytics.Experience working with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing products from concept through launch and growth.PreferredExperience with international HealthTech or WellnessTech companies or global consumer digital products.Experience working with mobile applications, SaaS platforms, or B2B2C digital products.Familiarity with wearable integrations (Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, etc.).Understanding of healthcare regulations, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001 or equivalent).Experience with AI technologies such as:Generative AI (LLMs)AI-powered coachingRecommendation enginesPredictive analyticsConversational AI / ChatbotsPersonalization enginesIdeal CandidateWe're looking for a senior product leader who has worked with well-known HealthTech, WellnessTech, Digital Healthcare, or AI-driven technology companies and has successfully launched and scaled digital products. Experience in international organizations or high-growth startups/scale-ups is highly desirable. The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership with a hands-on execution mindset—someone who is equally comfortable defining product strategy as they are engaging with customers, working directly with engineering teams, removing blockers, and driving initiatives to completion.
