Your success is key to DeepLight's growth.The Scrum Master drives delivery success by overseeing complex AI and data science projects from inception through deployment. You will lead cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business stakeholders) to ensure high-impact AI solutions are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline, specifically navigating the unique challenges of AI implementation.Responsibilities in this role include:Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple concurrent Data, AI, and Mobile Internet Banking projects across the entire lifecycleMethodology Expert: Establish and implement flexible project management methodologies, effectively combining Agile (Scrum) principles with traditional planning to suit complex AI development needsRisk & Governance: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks unique to AI (data quality, model performance, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance)Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, clearly communicating delivery updates and guiding expectations regarding AI capabilities and limitationsFinancial Control: Manage large project budgets and resource allocation across teams.
