As a Junior AI Implementation Specialist, you will help bridge the gap between technical potential and practical utility by testing and deploying tools that automate manual reporting tasks. What you will do Assess specific AI tools and automated workflows to determine their suitability for the holding company operating model. Test the accuracy and performance of machine learning applications within a controlled environment before full deployment. Draft clear, sober technical documentation that explains how new tools integrate with existing client systems. Organize data sets to ensure that AI models have the necessary quality and structure to produce reliable business insights. Monitor the daily performance of implemented tools and log any deviations from the expected results. Assist in the preparation of internal reports that evaluate whether technical mandates are meeting their stated goals. Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and identify areas where manual work can be simplified. Participate in internal reviews to form a view on which emerging technologies are worth the group's attention. What we are looking for A high degree of clarity in written communication and the ability to describe complex ideas without using jargon. Basic familiarity with AI concepts, automation platforms, or data processing tools from university projects or independent study. Strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies in data or processes. The capacity to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of output. Intellectual curiosity about how technology can improve corporate governance and strategy. Reliability in meeting deadlines and a precise approach to following technical instructions.
