About the Role: AI Product LeadLocation: India (Remote)Role SummaryWe are looking for an exceptional AI Product Lead to spearhead the next generation of Agentic AI solutions —intelligent systems that think, plan, and act autonomously. In this role, you will shape the vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI products that transform business operations and decision-making.You will collaborate closely with Data, Digital, and AI teams to design scalable, secure, and impactful AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines product leadership, technical depth, and business acumen, with a proven record of building or leading LLM-based and Agentic AI products from concept to production.What You Will DoLead End-to-End AI Product Lifecycle: Define, architect, and deliver AI products from ideation to deployment — ensuring business impact and scalability.Build Agentic AI Systems: Design and implement autonomous AI agents leveraging LLMs, tool integrations, APIs, and enterprise data ecosystems.Shape AI Strategy: Translate business vision into actionable AI product roadmaps, ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.Drive Innovation: Identify emerging opportunities in generative and agentic AI; conceptualize solutions that push the boundaries of enterprise automation.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Data Engineering, AI, Security, and Infrastructure teams to build secure, compliant, and high-performing solutions.Establish Governance: Ensure responsible AI adoption by embedding compliance, ethics, and security principles into every product lifecycle stage.Client & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead client workshops, articulate solution value, and influence crossfunctional leaders to drive adoption.What You Will BringExperience: 8+ years in technology, with 3+ years leading AI/ML or AI product initiatives.Proven expertise in Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous workflow design using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).Experience working with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or enterprise AI ecosystems.Strong grasp of AI architecture, model lifecycle management, and API-based system integration.Background in consulting, as this experience helps facilitate collaboration and a deeper understanding of client needs, business challenges, and solution alignment.Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams with excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and Microsoft security frameworks.Passion for building intelligent, responsible, and scalable AI products that deliver tangible business outcomes.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience leading AI productization initiatives or Agentic AI deployments in enterprise environments.Certifications in Azure AI, Data & AI Architecture, or Product Management.Familiarity with data governance, digital transformation, and cross-BU AI strategy execution.What We Offer:At Delphi, we are dedicated to creating an environment where you can thrive, both professionally and personally.
