You'll help us use AI tools to automate workflows, speed up operations, and make our businesses run smarter. This isn't a research role, it's about getting things done. You'll work across our group of agency and retail businesses to find opportunities where AI can save time, reduce manual work, and improve results.If you're the person who's already using Claude, Manus AI, ChatGPT, and automation tools daily, and you're excited to help a business do the same, this role is for you.What You'll Do:Look at how we currently do things and find ways AI can make it faster or betterBuild and set up AI-powered workflows for operations, sales, data processing, and content creationConnect AI tools to our existing systems (CRMs, spreadsheets, databases, etc.)Write and refine prompts that get consistent, high-quality results from AI modelsWork with different teams to understand their pain points and build solutionsStay on top of new AI tools and bring fresh ideas to the tableWhat We're Looking For:Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Manus AI, or ChatGPT Comfortable with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n Basic scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) Strong problem-solver who can break down messy processes Good communicator — can explain tech stuff to non-tech people Nice To Have:Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)Familiarity with APIs and databasesBackground in agency or retail environmentsExperience measuring ROI on automation projectsWhat We Offer:A chance to work with the exciting and rapidly growing global companyCareer growth and professional development supportCompetitive compensation with performance-based bonusesA collaborative and supportive workplace culture that celebrates creativity
