MWS is not just about hosting; it is about providing actionable insights from Bitcoin's UTXO data. You will design the frameworks that allow developers to run predictive models, risk scoring, and automated data labeling directly on on-chain and off-chain data.ResponsibilitiesArchitecture Design: design the end-to-end AI architecture for MWS, ensuring it can handle high-throughput blockchain dataFeature Engineering: identify and implement key data features from the Mintlayer network to power risk-scoring and liquidity modelsProduction Deployment: oversee the scaling of ML models within our Go-based microservices architectureCollaboration: partner with the Rust Core team to ensure data indexing is optimized for machine learning consumptionFuture-Proofing: stay ahead of RAG and agentic workflows to offer cutting-edge tools to MWS usersRequirements4–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with models taken from research all the way to a production environmentStrong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of Go or C++Experience with MLOps tools and cloud data processing (e.g., Spark, Ray, or specialized vector databases)Ability to handle complex, graph-based data structures like the UTXO modelMust be located in or willing to relocate to DubaiBenefitsHealth & Prevention: Comprehensive, high-tier medical insurance with a focus on preventative medicine, annual executive health screenings, and diagnostic check-ups.Fitness & Wellness Programs: Monthly fitness allowances for premier gyms and studios, plus internal wellness initiatives including yoga, ergonomics workshops, and stress management.Competitive Compensation: Salary paid in your choice of fiat, Bitcoin, or stablecoins.
