About Valida Global LLC FZ: we build "HQ operating systems", the AI-powered operational and back-office layer companies plug into to run their business. Agents that handle real workflows, retrieval over messy internal data, and integrations that connect a client's tools into one system that actually takes action, not just chats. We build on Claude (Anthropic) and the Anthropic API, and we ship to real clients. We are based in Dubai's Meydan Free Zone, we employ our team directly, and we sponsor full UAE employment visas.

What you will do

You will run our social channels end to end: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X. That means building the content calendar, writing the hooks, cutting the short-form video, briefing design, publishing, and reporting on what actually moved. You will sit close to the product and the founders, turn what we are building into content people want to watch, and use AI tooling to produce at a volume a traditional team cannot match. You will also handle community: replies, DMs, and routing real inbound to the sales team.

This is a builder role, not a scheduler role. If you want to post someone else's approved copy three times a week, this is not it.

What you get:

AED 6,000 to 9,000 per month depending on experience, full UAE employment visa, medical insurance, and relocation support. You will work daily with Claude and the Anthropic API on a product people are actually paying for, and there is room to grow into owning paid media and building out a team as we scale.
