(Critical)Build and optimize RAG pipelines and semantic search solutions using Vector Databases.Implement AI safety and governance controls, including content moderation, prompt protection, and responsible AI practices. (Critical)Monitor AI solution performance, usage, and reliability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar tools.Develop and expose AI services through secure APIs and API Gateway platforms. (Critical)Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.Participate in solution design, stakeholder discussions, and technical reviews.Required Skills:6-9 years of overall IT experience with at least 2-3 years in AI Engineering.Experience with Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock Agents.Strong expertise in:Agentic AI Architecture (Critical)Vector Databases & RAG PipelinesContent Safety Frameworks (Azure Content Safety or equivalent) (Critical)AI Monitoring & Observability (Azure Monitor, App Insights, etc.)API Gateway Platforms (Azure APIM, AWS API Gateway, Kong, Apigee) (Critical)Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fieldSoft Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
