Job Summary:As an AI Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI solutions. You will guide technical teams in deploying AI technologies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your role will involve staying at the forefront of AI advancements and integrating them to enhance business processes.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the AI strategy and roadmap development.- Supervise and mentor a team of AI developers and data scientists.- Design scalable AI models and oversee their deployment and maintenance.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.- Ensure that AI projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI and recommend their adoption.- Conduct performance evaluations and manage resource planning for the AI team.Requirements:- Proven experience leading AI projects from conception to deployment.- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Over 10 years of experience in AI or related technology fields.- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.- Demonstrated track record of designing high-impact AI solutions.- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
