Lead – Mobility Analytics and Foresight

We’re Hiring: Lead – Mobility Analytics and Foresight About the Role: -We are looking for an experienced Head – Advanced Insights to lead advanced analytics and insights initiatives, transforming business, operational, commercial, financial and mobility data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.Key Responsibilities: -• Lead and maintain the organization’s Advanced Analytics, Insights and ML/AI uses cases roadmap, aligned with strategic and business priorities.• Identify and prioritize high-value analytics use cases based on business impact, operational efficiency and customer value.• Lead the development of predictive analytics, forecasting models, optimization models and scenario simulations.• Translate complex business and operational data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.• Oversee analytics initiatives supporting fleet optimization, fuel efficiency, predictive maintenance, route efficiency and capacity planning.• Lead the identification and development of analytics products and decision-support tools for business users and senior management.• Manage the analytics use-case portfolio, including prioritization, progress tracking and delivery.• Oversee data analysis to identify trends, correlations, anomalies, patterns and business opportunities.• Ensure the quality, accuracy and performance of analytical models and insights.• Lead the development of effective data visualization and executive dashboards to communicate key insights clearly.• Evaluate the feasibility of analytics use cases, including data availability, scalability, resources and expected business value.• Partner with IT and Digital teams to support data availability, model deployment and implementation of analytics solutions.• Establish and promote analytics methodologies, standards and best practices across the organization.• Ensure analytics outputs are explainable, practical, scalable and adopted by business stakeholders.• Lead, coach and develop the Advanced Insights and Analytics team, setting objectives and supporting professional growth.• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver insight-driven solutions.• Lead research and benchmarking to identify emerging analytics, mobility and foresight opportunities.• Support strategic planning through foresight analysis, scenario planning and future trend assessment.• Manage risks related to data, information, technology and analytics initiatives and ensure appropriate controls are in place.• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, governance requirements and data-related standards.• Monitor the effectiveness and business impact of analytics products and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics.Requirements: -• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Data Analytics, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field.• 9–11 years of relevant experience in advanced analytics, data analytics, predictive modelling, statistical modelling or a related field.• Strong knowledge of predictive analytics, forecasting, optimization and data visualization.• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
