Avrioc is looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with strong expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Speech Processing, Distributed Model Training, and GPU optimization. You will be responsible for developing, training, optimizing, and deploying AI models in production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, train, validate, and optimize frontier AI models.Work on Multi-Modal large scale use cases.Inference and training recipe optimizations for GPU-based environments.Take models from ideation, training and inference scaling through production deployment.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions in a research friendly setting.Must-Have Requirements4+ years of professional experience in AI:Model Training / Inference Optimization / Distributed Systems / Systems Programming / GPU ProgrammingStrong hands-on experience in Deep Learning model training.Strong programming skills in C/C++, Rust, Zig-lang etc.Strong experience with libtorch / PyTorch ecosystem.Hands-on experience with open-source inference engines vLLM, SGLang, Llama.cpp etc.Hands-on experience with CUDA, RoCM and their template libraries.Strong Linux and shell scripting experience.Good to HaveExperience with remote server interfaces such as AWS EC2.Experience with ROCm / AMD GPU technologies.TensorRT, ONNX, CoreML or Edge Device performance optimization.SLURM / OCI / Kubernetes / Docker / MLFlow.Experience with large-scale AI/ML systems.Key Skills: Machine Learning | Deep Learning | Python | PyTorch | OpenCV | Model Training | Computer Vision | Image Classification | Object Detection | Style Transfer | C/C++ | CUDA | GPU | Linux | AWS EC2 | ROCm
