You will make it smarter, faster and more trustworthy.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Design and improve how the assistant plans, calls tools and builds an answer from market data• Write and test prompts and rules so every figure traces to a record count and a period• Build evaluations that catch wrong numbers, invented facts and overreach before users see them• Work with pricing and feasibility experts to turn their method into rules the AI follows• Keep response time and model cost under controlWHAT YOU BRING• 3+ years building production AI features, with LLM tool calling and agent workflows• Strong Python and SQL; BigQuery or similar is a plus• Experience testing AI output for accuracy, not just fluency• Interest in real estate, with some understanding of PSF, absorption and off-plan sales• Honesty about what the data shows and what it does notWHAT WE OFFER• Base salary: AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month• Annual bonus, equity discussed at offer• UAE medical cover, annual flights, visa sponsorship• Direct access to the founder and to real developer launches
