General DescriptionJoin a leading aviation and technology organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE, driving AI innovation across business operations, commercial functions, customer experiences, and enterprise transformation.We are looking for an experienced AI Value Architect – Agentic AI, GenAI & AI Solutions Architecture with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Solution Architecture, Python, RAG, LLM Orchestration, and AI Product Development.This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining AI architecture, software engineering, product ownership, and business value delivery. The successful candidate will lead an AI engineering squad while remaining actively involved in coding, solution design, and production deployment.The ideal candidate must have proven experience building production-grade Agentic AI solutions, leading technical teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end AI Product Development, from business discovery and backlog prioritization to production deployment and measurable business impact.Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI, GenAI, LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, and intelligent automation systems.Remain hands-on with Python development, AI architecture, LLM orchestration, tool calling, and MCP integrations.Lead and mentor a squad of AI Engineers, providing technical direction, architecture guidance, and code reviews.Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.Define AI performance metrics, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, security standards, and cost optimization strategies.Drive AI product prioritization, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement.Promote reusable AI capabilities, cross-team collaboration, and responsible AI adoption.Required ExperienceTypically 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related technical fields, including hands-on GenAI/LLM development.Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Python, RAG, and AI Solution Architecture.Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents, multi-agent systems, or LLM-powered applications.Strong understanding of LLM Orchestration, Tool Calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI Guardrails, and LLM Evaluation.Experience leading AI Engineering teams while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.Proven ownership of AI products or solutions from discovery through production, including measurable business outcomes.Experience with Cloud AI Platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, AI Security, Monitoring, and Performance Optimization.Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and business communication skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred ExperienceExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.Experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.Background in Aviation, Travel, Logistics, Banking, or Operations-Heavy Industries.Experience in AI Product Ownership, AI Strategy, Business Value Realization, and Enterprise AI Transformation.Relevant certifications in Cloud AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or MLOps.Work SetupLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAERole: AI Value Architect – Agentic AI, GenAI & AI Solutions ArchitectureWork Arrangement: Full onsite
