You will build an intelligent assistant powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) that can extract data from documents, generate reports & proposals, answer questions about projects & proposals, summarize technical documents, and automate form filling.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop an AI-powered chatbot interface for task automationDesign and develop task automation solutions using AI/LLM technologiesCreate user-friendly interfaces for team members to access automation tools (web forms, dashboards, APIs)Develop automated report generation from templates and structured dataImplement multi-language support (English and Arabic) in the AI automationBuild automated document data extraction capabilities (requirements, specifications, technical details)Develop question-answering system about projects, milestones, and deliverablesMaintain clean, documented code with proper API integration practicesWrite comprehensive user documentation and training materialsConduct training session for operations team on AI agent usageQualificationsFresh graduate or final year student in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related technical fieldStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts and natural language processing fundamentalsFamiliarity with Python programming languageBasic understanding of APIs and web servicesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quicklyBilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)User experience (UX) mindset and ability to design intuitive interfacesAbility to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutionsStrong communication skills to understand user needs and workflows
