AI Engineer

Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI Engineer with strong AI coding capabilities to join our team. This role focuses on translating real business requirements into working code and business logic by leveraging AI technologies and multiple technical approaches. The ideal candidate is not limited to a single tool or framework and is able to flexibly apply different methods to deliver effective, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities• Design and implement AI‑driven solutions based on real business needs, transforming AI capabilities into production‑ready code and business logic.• Demonstrate strong AI coding skills, using AI technologies (including but not limited to large language models, intelligent agents, automation tools, etc.) to improve development efficiency and system capabilities.• Select and combine multiple tools, techniques, and approaches (e.g. LLM APIs, traditional algorithms, rule‑based logic, automation scripts) rather than relying on a single solution.• Participate in backend and service‑side development, designing and implementing core system logic as required.• Work closely with frontend developers when necessary to ensure end‑to‑end feature delivery.• Embed AI capabilities into existing business workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance intelligence across systems.• Collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering teams to deeply understand business logic and convert it into reliable, scalable technical solutions.• Continuously explore, evaluate, and apply new AI tools and technologies in appropriate business scenarios.Requirements• Strong proficiency in Python, with solid programming fundamentals and clean coding practices.• Proven AI programming experience, including applying AI models or AI‑assisted development tools to solve real‑world problems.• Hands‑on experience with backend development and a solid understanding of system architecture and data flow.• Business‑oriented mindset, with the ability to understand requirements beyond pure technical implementation.• Strong learning ability and problem‑solving skills, capable of quickly adopting new tools and methodologies.• Good communication skills and a collaborative team attitude, with strong execution and ownership.
