We’re Hiring: Senior AI / Machine Learning EngineerAbu Dhabi | 6-Month Renewable ContractWe are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join a high-impact technology team working on advanced intelligent systems and data-driven solutions.This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and production-grade machine learning systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and optimize LLM-powered applications for processing complex technical and regulatory contentBuild NLP and semantic search solutions using modern GenAI frameworks and RAG architecturesDevelop forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection models for business and operational insightsCreate scalable ML pipelines and deploy models into production environmentsWork closely with cross-functional engineering and business teams to deliver AI solutions for real-world use casesImprove model performance, monitoring, and continuous retraining workflowsRequirements:5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AIStrong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit learn, Pandas, and NumPyExperience with LLMs, transformer models, Hugging Face, LangChain, and GenAI applicationsGood understanding of MLOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or similar toolsExperience building data pipelines for structured and unstructured dataAbility to work in agile, fast-paced engineering environmentsPreferred:Experience with RAG pipelines, semantic search, and prompt engineeringExposure to optimization algorithms, forecasting models, or risk analyticsStrong communication and collaboration skillsIf interested, feel free to apply.
