AI/ML Engineer

In this role, you will develop and implement practical AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, empower smarter decision-making, and elevate digital experiences across the House of AMOUAGE.Your MissionWorking closely with Digital Transformation sub-teams and business teams, you will turn business needs into secure, reliable AI solutions. You will manage the AI lifecycle, from data preparation and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Your ImpactTranslate business needs into AI use cases with clear success measures and delivery priorities.Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models, taking solutions from prototype to production.Build generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector search.Develop computer vision solutions for image classification, object detection, and verification.Prepare and validate data, engineer features, and evaluate models against appropriate baselines.Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms through secure APIs.Implement MLOps for versioning, deployment, performance monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.Apply AI security, privacy, and governance controls, and document solutions for support and adoption.Your Journey With UsThe House of AMOUAGE has been on an aggressive growth trajectory within the fast-growing ultra luxury perfumes segment, unlocking tremendous personal and career development opportunities for our team members across multiple locations including Muscat, Dubai, New York, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur. We foresee the incumbent of this role to grow in this opportunity together with AMOUAGE.Your ExpertiseBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Demonstrated experience delivering AI or ML solutions in production, with evidence of business impact.Strong Python skills and experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.Experience with computer vision, image processing, classification, or object detection.Proficiency in SQL, data preparation, feature engineering, and working with diverse datasets.Experience developing REST APIs and integrating AI services with enterprise systems.Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, alongside Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, privacy, and responsible AI; Kubernetes is an advantage.Strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to learning.The AMOUAGE AdvantageJoin a House that has been creating luxury fragrance experiences since 1983.
