Data Scientist (m/f/d)

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop predictive and optimisation models using machine learning and statistical techniques. Build, deploy, and monitor production models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS). Design model evaluation frameworks and support A/B testing initiatives. Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing deployments. Monitor model performance, data quality, and drift to drive continuous improvement. RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics. Strong Python, SQL, and machine learning experience (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Hands-on experience with feature engineering, model tuning, and evaluation. Experience deploying ML solutions on AWS. Nice to HaveGenAI and prompt engineering experience. Experience with SHAP or other explainability tools. Background in NLP or Computer Vision. Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business challenges into practical data solutions.
