Job Title: AI Engineer – Airline DomainExperience: 7 to 12 YearsLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Work from Office)Job Summary:We are looking for a hands-on AI / ML Engineer with mandatory airline domain experience and a forward-deployed engineering (FDE) mindset. The candidate should be able to translate business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions, leveraging expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Agentic AI.Key Responsibilities:Build and deploy ML, GenAI, LLM/RAG, NLP, and Agentic AI solutions.Develop AI applications, including intelligent assistants, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.Rapidly prototype, validate, and productionize AI solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering teams.Integrate AI models with enterprise data sources, applications, and business workflows.Develop scalable AI/ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and optimization.Build RAG-based applications using LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and enterprise knowledge sources.Develop AI agents and agentic workflows to automate complex business processes.Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI solutions across cloud hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.Collaborate with airline business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement.Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, security, reliability, and data privacy.Required Skills:Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or related technical domains.Airline Domain: Mandatory hands-on experience in the airline, aviation, or travel domain, with a clear understanding of airline business processes and systems.Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Experience with ML algorithms, deep learning, model training, evaluation, and optimization.Generative AI & LLMs: Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and Generative AI.RAG & NLP: Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.AI Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or equivalent frameworks.Agentic AI: Knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, and intelligent workflows.API & Integration: Experience developing REST APIs and integrating AI models with enterprise systems.Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying AI solutions across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.DevOps & MLOps: Experience with Docker, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, deployment automation, and monitoring.Solution Engineering: Strong FDE-style problem-solving skills and the ability to convert business requirements into production-ready solutions.About Atain:(http://www.atain.com)Atain is an enterprise orchestration partner that aligns people, processes, and platforms with AI to redefine work and deliver assured outcomes.
