This is a mandatory requirement.What you’ll work on:Build AI assistants, connect models to business tools and data, automate complex tasks, and take solutions from prototype to deployment.Technical skills we’re looking for:▪️ LLMs & Generative AIUnderstanding of large language models, prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, function calling, and model limitations. Ability to select suitable models and balance quality, speed, and cost.▪️ AI Agents & Tool IntegrationExperience building agents that use APIs and external tools, manage conversation state, execute multi-step workflows, and handle failures. Understanding of when human approval is needed.▪️ MCP — Model Context ProtocolUnderstanding of MCP hosts, clients, and servers; tools, resources, and prompts; and how to connect AI applications to external systems with appropriate access controls. Experience building or integrating MCP servers is a strong advantage.▪️ RAG & Knowledge SystemsFamiliarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval quality. Ability to build assistants grounded in company documents and data.▪️ Software Engineering & DeploymentStrong Python skills, API integration, backend development, Git, debugging, and testing.
