With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting a AI Lead for 6-months with an Insurance client, based out of their office in Dubai, UAE.Job Summary:As an AI Lead, you will own the end-to-end design and delivery of an agentic AI platform, integrating multi-agent systems, vision-language models, voice interfaces, and digital services into a scalable, compliant product. You will act as the bridge between product strategy and technical execution, leading solution design, guiding external delivery teams, and ensuring architectural alignment across markets and regulatory environments.Job Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end solution design for multi-agent AI systems, including orchestration, workflows, and RAG pipelinesDrive build vs. buy decisions, selecting the right models and platforms across cloud and on-prem environmentsDesign and implement multi-modal AI solutions combining text, vision, and voiceDefine voice AI strategy (STT/TTS) and integrate conversational capabilities into workflowsDevelop solutions using vision-language models (VLMs) for document and image processingEnsure AI solutions are compliant by design (GDPR, PDPA, etc.) across multiple marketsArchitect integrations with external tools, APIs, and partner systemsLead and mentor external delivery teams, ensuring high-quality executionPresent technical direction and trade-offs to senior stakeholders and CXOs.Job Requirements:5-8 years of experience in AI solution design / applied AI / technical product rolesProven delivery of production-grade multi-agent AI systems (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain, etc.)Strong expertise in: LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering, orchestration, memory design), Multi-modal AI (text, vision, voice)Hands-on exposure to: Vision-language models (VLMs), Voice AI (Whisper or similar STT/TTS tools), AI observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith)Experience with privacy-preserving AI (federated learning, differential privacy)Experience leading vendors or distributed teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
