You will work closely with product, sales, and technology teams to build scalable AI systems that deliver contextual, accurate, and business-driven insights.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, implement cutting-edge AI technologies, and help shape the future of real estate through innovation.Key Areas of ContributionDesign and develop scalable AI architectures and intelligent data systemsBuild and optimize retrieval systems and knowledge-driven AI experiencesDevelop AI-powered customer engagement solutions, recommendation engines, and conversational interfacesIntegrate AI capabilities with business applications, databases, APIs, and workflow automation toolsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutionsDrive continuous improvement in AI performance, reliability, and user experienceResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models into production environmentsBuild and optimize RAG pipelines — including document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and generationWork with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, Milvus) to enable semantic search and retrievalIntegrate LLMs with internal knowledge bases, APIs, and backend servicesWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI/ML and RAG pipelinesOptimize retrieval quality, model performance, latency, and cost at scaleEvaluate and improve RAG systems (relevance, grounding, hallucination reduction)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical solutionsMonitor, evaluate, and continuously improve deployed models and pipelinesRequired QualificationsStrong programming skills in Python (and ideally one of: Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript)Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and LLM conceptsHands-on experience building RAG systems and working with embeddings and vector databasesExperience with ML/LLM frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndexFamiliarity with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practicesExperience with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives within the real estate industryHigh-impact role with visibility across the businessFast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environmentExposure to large-scale datasets, AI applications, and emerging technologiesCareer development opportunities within a rapidly expanding international organizationJoin Allegiance Real Estate and help shape the future of AI-powered real estate experiences.
