Job Title: Director of Artificial IntelligenceLocation: Dubai (on-site)We are partnering with a leading enterprise organisation in the region to hire an AI Director to work directly with business units, identifying and delivering high-impact AI use cases from concept through to production.This is a delivery-focused role, not a strategy position.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and shape AI use cases in partnership with senior business stakeholdersLead initiatives from concept → POC → production deploymentOwn measurable business outcomes and ROI from deployed AI systemsAct as the interface between business units and engineering teamsDrive adoption of AI solutions across operational environmentsRequirements10+ years’ experience across engineering, AI/ML, or large-scale technology deliveryProven track record of deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions into production environmentsStrong understanding of modern AI technologies (ML, LLMs, RAG, automation)Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in client-facing or business-facing rolesAbility to translate business problems into scalable technical solutionsProfileCommercially minded with strong technical credibilityDemonstrated ability to move beyond POCs into real-world deploymentComfortable operating in a highly visible, stakeholder-facing roleThis is a unique opportunity to take ownership of AI delivery within a major organisation, driving tangible business impact through deployed systems.For a confidential discussion, please get in touch.
