The program is a 12-month contract with salary & benefits, and which includes an advanced learning & development journey with bespoke EDGE company placements and innovation challenges. The expected output is to generate outstanding new technical talent with excellent commercial acumen which, in turn, will advance the economic value of EDGE Group. This program will bring together technically developed graduates from across the globe to collaborate, invent and lead across cutting-edge domains within EDGE Group's direct interests. The second cohort of EXIMIUS will commence from Abu Dhabi on Monday, September 14th 2026. Applications are currently being reviewed through partner channels.About the RoleYou will be expected to:ResponsibilitiesEngage fully in interdisciplinary work and advanced seminars across innovation, science, engineering and design.Participate in various in-person placements across EDGE group and directly contribute towards effective delivery of output.Collaborate across diverse peer group teams to co-create technology-driven solutions to major EDGE Group challenges.Formulate into a specific graduate team to undertake exclusive responsibility for a unique project work deliverable.Demonstrate initiative, resilience, and leadership in complex, multicultural environments.Represent EDGE Group and the graduate program at any internal or external forums.QualificationsYou will be expected to hold:A postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Material Science or any closely related field to EDGE Group's interests.Without a postgraduate degree, you must demonstrate proof of outstanding technical ability in a closely related field to EDGE Group's interests.Excellent written and verbal English language.
