Indicative range: $130,000 – $220,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.Role OverviewWe are hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered features and systems. The role works at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and product — turning model capabilities into real product value.Key Responsibilities- Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models in production- Integrate large language models and other AI capabilities into product features- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model performance- Partner with ML researchers and software engineers on system design- Monitor model performance and iterate on prompts, fine-tuning, and architectures- Maintain reliable, scalable inference infrastructureRequired Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years building and deploying machine learning systems in production- Strong Python skills and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)- Working knowledge of vector databases, RAG, and prompt engineering- Experience with cloud ML infrastructure (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex, etc.)- Solid software engineering fundamentalsWhat You'll Bring- Curiosity about how models behave and why they fail- Rigor in following guidelines and flagging ambiguity early- Strong written communication, including ability to document findings clearly- Comfort working asynchronously across time zonesWhat We Offer- Fully remote, flexible work hours- Performance-based bonus structure- Annual learning & development stipend- Health and wellness benefits (varies by location)- Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projectsEqual Opportunity StatementThis is an equal opportunity role.
