As a Lead AI Engineer, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of AI systems and cloud solutions. You will lead efforts in implementing machine learning models, optimizing large language models, and building scalable MLOps pipelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring technical excellence in delivering innovative AI solutions.QualificationsStrong expertise in Machine Learning, including Pattern Recognition and Neural NetworksIn-depth knowledge and practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)Proven skills in Software Development and Computer Science fundamentalsExpertise in designing and implementing scalable MLOps and LLMOps solutionsExperience with training and deploying GenAI workloads on the cloudExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsMaster's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with Agentic AI, large-scale data processing, and cloud-based AI architectures is a plusExperience with Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Vertex AI Show more Show less
