With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.As a Machine Learning Engineer 3 (MLE3), Ads, you will be a core individual contributor responsible for the hands-on design, development, and deployment of production-grade Machine Learning models across our Ads division. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact models and deployments that power critical functions like ranking, bidding, and click-fraud detection.This role is deeply technical; you will partner with Product and Engineering teams across noon Ads to turn complex data into competitive advantagesWhat you'll do:Deeply engage in the technical work: building, training, and deploying production-grade models across our domainsContribute to solving "hard" problems involving relevance, ranking, bidding optimization, and fraud detectionPartner with the broader engineering team to implement optimal deployment strategies for heavy ML workloadsAdhere to and contribute to the standardization of ML Ops and best practices within the teamMentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and rigorWhat you'll need:Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning; experience in e-commerce or ad-tech is highly preferredSystem Contribution: Experience contributing to the design and implementation of large-scale ML systems and infrastructureProduction Focus: Experience working in high-scale, latency-sensitive environmentsDomain Expertise: A strong understanding of ranking, forecasting, and candidate diversityTech Stack: Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / Vertex AI is a significant plus).Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
